"We bought property at The Retreat in 2005 and we think that was the best investment that we have made since we have been married. We first bought our lot for an investment but as we saw how The Retreat is developing, we decided to plan to build a house there. We live in Arlington, which is getting too crowded for us. We plan to start building some day soon and use the house that we build at The Retreat as our 'weekend getaway house'. We are really looking forward to the Clubhouse that will be finished soon and start bringing our family and friends there to enjoy great food and golf. The Retreat is so beautiful and has a relaxing atmosphere. It is like being in the country that is awar from the busy-ness of city life. There is a beautiful swimming pool and a wonderful playground for the children next to the pool. The playground overlooks beautiful scenery of hills and nature."
